Job Description

The job consists of calling companies situated in the English-speaking markets and speaking with IT Managers. We do not sell over the phone. Our job is to gather information by asking the right questions on the relevant IT topics. The aim of our call is to generate a Lead: to spark interest about an IT solution and organize a meeting between the IT Manager and our client´s Sales Representative.

Uncapped Commission System

In April 2022, we started working with a brand new and much more rewarding Commission System.

Every lead that you generate on the phone (every time that an IT Manager is interested in knowing more about a product) which is approved by our Quality Control Department (we need to check that the conversation is up to our standards) results in extra money in your pocket.

The more leads you generate, the more money you get! simple as that!

This is not a commission-based salary, even in a bad month, you will have a fixed salary around 1600 euros gross.

In a good month, the sky is the limit! This system is uncapped. You contribute to our growth; you deserve to keep a part.

Working from outside of Madrid

We recently started offering the possibility of working from anywhere in Spain. Whether you are based in Galicia, Andalucía or the Canary Islands, BNZSA’s doors are open to you!

We will ask you to come to Madrid for your first week at BNZSA. Of course, we will pay cover the transportation and accommodation costs. After this first week of training, we will send you home, ready to work from the comfort of your living room!

Requirements:

  • Native English
  • Experience in telemarketing is a plus, but not a requirement
  • IT skills are valuable, but not required
  • A high level of another European language will be desired, but not required
  • The place of residence must be located in the Spanish territory, including the Islands and Ceuta and Melilla)
  • Able to work legally in Spain

Working Timetable

 

Monday to Thursday:
08:00h – 17:00h (1-hour lunch break)

Friday:
08:00h – 14:00h
