Native English (US Market) – Pre-Sales Lead Generation

The job consists of calling companies situated in the United States and speaking with IT Managers. Our job is to gather information by asking the right questions on the relevant IT topics. The aim of our call is to generate a Lead: to spark interest in an IT solution and organize a meeting between the IT Manager and our client’s Sales Representative. In other words, your works consists of generating new business opportunities and initiating the sales process for our client’s Sales Departments.

Uncapped Commission System

Since April 2022, we are working with a brand new and much more rewarding Commission System.

Every lead that you generate on the phone (every time that an IT Manager is interested in knowing more about a product) and that this lead is approved by our Quality Control Department (we need to check that the conversation is up to our standards) it will mean that some money ends on your pocket.

The more leads you generate, the more money you get, simple as that!

In a bad month, you’ll still have a fixed salary of around 1600 euros. In a good month, the sky is the limit! This system is uncapped. You contribute to our growth, you deserve to keep a part.

Requirements:

  • Native English
  • Experience in telemarketing or Sales is a plus, but not a requirement
  • IT skills are valuable, but not required
  • A high level of another language will be desired, but not required
  • The place of residence must be located in the Comunidad de Madrid
  • Able to work legally in Spain.

Working Timetable

 

Monday to Friday:

14:00h – 20:00h

Although we propose a full-time job with a full-time salary, you will only work 30 hours per week.
