Junior Digital Marketing Executive

BNZSA is a B2B sales & marketing agency, specialized in the IT industry.

BNZSA’s Digital department delivers campaigns that support and enhance B2B lead generation campaigns. This is a growing team inside a larger organisation that includes telemarketing and data services for major B2B IT vendors. Our paid media campaigns are designed to generate awareness and create leads for our clients´ solutions.

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years’ experience working with paid media –  social (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook) or programmatic.

Who you are

  • A junior digital marketer, with experience planning, setting up and running paid social and programmatic campaigns
  • Experienced in producing detailed campaign reports based on KPIs and client objectives
  • Comfortable working closely with other related departments (specifically design, data, development)
  • Super organised, with excellent project management and prioritisation skills
  • You love data and analytics, studying trends to optimise campaigns
  • A creative thinker who enjoys seeking solutions to challenges
  • Confident to present to internal and external stakeholders

Your responsibilities

  • Support the planning and implementation of digital paid media campaigns
  • Monitor, test and analyse campaign results to recommend improvements
  • Manage client budgets across multiple platforms
  • Work closely with creative team (designers, copywriters, developers) to optimise campaign content
  • Deliver insight-led reports using analytical data to assist in evolving the media approach, providing strategic feedback and learnings from campaign activity

Required experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience running paid media campaigns
  • Direct experience working with social ads (Linkedin, Twitter) or with a programmatic platform (we use Xandr)
  • Experience with Office 365 suite (for Excel we require an advanced level – formulas, vlookup, pivot table as a minimum)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level required)

Desirable experience

  • Knowledge of the B2B market and the IT sector
  • Experience working in a marketing agency
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics or other analysis tools
  • Experience with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot etc)

Working Timetable

 

Monday to Thursday:
08:00h – 17:00h (1-hour lunch break)

Friday:
08:00h – 14:00h
