Who you are
- 2-3 years’ experience working on Paid Media advertising (planning, execution, optimization and reporting) working with main programmatic providers (Xandr, Adform, DV360, etc.) / social paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, Twitter, etc.) / Google Ads.
- You love data and analytics, studying trends to optimize campaigns in order to convert metrics into mindful marketing insights.
- Comfortable working closely with other related departments (specifically design, data, development).
- Experience building client pitch decks (and the associated research) to close new business.
- Experience presenting data and recommendations to clients in an approachable, expert way
- Demonstrated success managing accounts for multiple partners or divisions.
- Experience with inbound strategies, experience with ABM and sales/marketing alignment is a plus.

- Implementation, set-up, trafficking and optimization of paid media campaigns.

- Work closely with creative team (designers, copywriters, developers) to prepare & optimize campaign content.

Main responsibilities
· Work within the data science team and very closely with our Data Scientists to support greater functionality in our data systems and models;
· Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, etc;

Required Skills
