When you join the Roadie Program

For the Roadie Program, we will ask you to come to the office for your first week of training. This is a great opportunity to meet some of your new teammates and see the office before you start working from home.

Anteriad will cover the cost of your transportation and accommodation. After your first week we will send you home with your laptop ready to start working from the comfort of your home!

To be eligible for the Roadie Program you must:

1- Be living in peninsular Spain.
2- Have an adequate internet connection.
3- Have the legal right to work in Spain.

What can I expect from the

1. SUBMIT YOUR CV

See a job you like? Let’s go! Send us your CV and our recruitment team will review it. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience in IT or Sales. We look for people who are ambitious and determined to learn!

2. INTERVIEW PROCESS

If our recruitment team see you as a match for what we’re looking for, you’ll be invited to interview! This will be a phone screening with a recruiter, an interview either in person in our Madrid office or via Teams, a short assessment, and a call with the Team Leader of the position you applied for.

3. JOIN THE BAND!

Once you rock the interview process and show you have what it takes to be a Rocker, we will send you an offer and you’ll be ready to join the band! You’ll join a group of new rockers who you will complete our onboarding process with.
