The Mission

We are looking for a junior financial accountant with a good knowledge of accounting gained through professional experience, who has already worked with an ERP financial module, has a good level of English and has a proactive, rigorous and organized profile.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

· Accounting of supplier invoices, preparation of payments, accounting of bank movements.
·  Bank, supplier and customer reconciliations
·  Participation in monthly accounting closings (AP/AR)
· Coordination of documentation and dealing with suppliers.
· Support in the audit process.
· Bank account control
· Participate in Finance projects

Professional experience and skills

· Degree in economics, business administration or similar degrees.
· Experience working in a financial/accounting department.
· Knowledge on Spanish accounting standards, US GAAP would be a plus.
· Knowledge of ERP finance module: Oracle Netsuite would be highly considered.
· Good level in Excel is a plus.
· Ability to communicate professionally in Spanish and in English. French is a plus.
· Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
· Outstanding organizational, time management and proactive skills.
· Knowing how to prioritise tasks.
· Excellent rigor and attention to detail.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment.
