The Mission
We are currently looking for a new Team Leader (TL) for our English speaking team to take our Pre-Sales Agents (BDRs) to the next level.
As a Team Leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals and go the extra mile.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
· Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
· Set clear team goals
· Delegate tasks and set deadlines
· Coordinate day-to-day operations
· Monitor team performance and report on metrics
· Motivate team members
· Discover training needs and provide coaching along with the QC member
· Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
· Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
· Manage day-to-day line activities, prioritize and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs
· Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members
· Use company methodology, team input and own initiative to ensure adherence to BNZSA code of conduct & rules
· Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary
· Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction
· Support Sales to deliver business targets and objectives and create a performance orientated culture
· Keep up to date with any industry changes affecting the business and relaying this knowledge back to the team
· Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies
· Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management
· Support Senior Management to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement

Preferred Qualifications
· One or multiple other languages spoken and written is not a must have, but is strongly appreciated
