You'll be based in our stunning campus in Las Rozas (with hybrid options available). Job Description

The work as a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling companies located in the United States and speaking to the IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. Our job is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT-related topics. The aim of the call is to generate a "lead": setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative. During our signature Warm Handover™, you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients - such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu -, learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision-makers around the globe.

Uncapped Commission System

Our commission system means the more leads you generate, the more money you earn, without a cap. As a BDR at BNZSA, you make your own luck. And if money is not everything, there is also professional growth on the menu. As said, our company is growing, and we know that BNZSA’s future leaders will come from our core.

And by the way, in case our story resonates with you, but you do not have any proven experience… no worries, we will take care of that! We have an excellent onboarding process at the end of which you will be a confident BNZSA BDR.

Afternoon shift

Although we propose a full-time job with a full-time salary, you will only work 30 hours per week.

Your Profile:

  • Native English
  • High level in another European language is desirable, but not required
  • Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Target-driven mentality & can-do attitude
  • The place of residence must be located in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid)
  • Able to work legally in Spain

Monday to Friday:

14:00h – 20:00h

  • Permanent contract
  • Base salary (ca. 1630€/month) + Uncapped commission system

A BNZSA veteran, David started with us in 2015. Originally working for the French, Spanish and English-speaking markets, David now heads up our Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team leading the search for new Rockers!


Recruiter DACH and Nordics
Tuomas, who comes from Finland, joined our German team in 2020. After rocking the phone, he joined the recruitment team as a Junior Recruiter in 2021. Tuomas’ goal is to recruit for our DACH and Nordic teams!

Hugo is the most recent addition to our Recruitment team. Originally from Belgium, Hugo had great success on the French team, now he’s looking for the next rockers for our French, UK, US, and Dutch teams!
