Job Description
As a BDR, it is your job to initiate the sales process by cold calling and prospecting IT managers in Sweden and generating sales-ready leads for our clients’ sales departments. During our signature Warm Handover, you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients – such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu –, learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision-makers around the globe.
Uncapped Commission System
Our commission system means the more leads you generate, the more money you earn, without a cap. As a BDR at BNZSA, you make your own luck. And if money is not everything, there is also professional growth on the menu. As said, our company is growing, and we know that BNZSA’s future leaders will come from our core.
And by the way, in case our story resonates with you, but you do not have any proven experience… no worries, we will take care of that! We have an excellent onboarding process at the end of which you will be a confident BNZSA BDR.

Your profile:
- Native Swedish
- Advanced English
- A good command of any other Nordic language is considered a plus (i.e., Danish, Norwegian and/or Finnish)
- Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus, but not a requirement
- Target-driven mentality & can-do attitude
- The place of residence must be located in the Madrid Region (Comunidad de Madrid)
- Able to work legally in Spain
